Where can I get the best buy on bath soap and toilet paper?

Please do not say warehouse store unless you know for sure that it is cheaper. A lot of people say that the warehouse stores are cheaper....but are they really? Or am I better off going to Big Lots or Walmart? Are they any shopping gurus out there?Where can I get the best buy on bath soap and toilet paper?

I bought bath soap on line -BUY THE CASE- and got it fairly cheap, cheaper than any store or warehouse club here.
Depends on the brand you are looking for. Toilet paper is expensive these days, Try Dollar General.=)
