I need something that gets rid of odor, bacteria and prevents body cysts like it the vaginal area. I heard unscented soaps really work but which ones. Whats the best body soap?Really good bath/body soap?
My dermatologist recommends Dove sensitive skin.
If you are getting cysts in the vaginal area, they can be due to waxing or shaving and ingrown hairs, something soap will not help. All soaps do a good job of getting rid of odor and bacteria, but they will not help if the odor is due to an infection.
Hydradenitis suppurativa can also cause cysts in the labial and groin areas, and this can only be treated by a professional. It's somewhat like an autoimmune reaction of the sweat glands.
