What do you bath a stray cat with besides water what kind of soap do i use ?

If it is a stray or lost pet it may have an identity chip. If you take it to your humane society they can possibly identify it and unite it with it's owners.

If the cat is feral you could take it to the humane society (or Veterinarian) for a check up, de-worming, spay/neuter, immunizations and a good grooming.

If you chose to skip all that (not recommended) then some mild flea and tick shampoo for cats should do the trick. What do you bath a stray cat with besides water what kind of soap do i use ?
Don't bath it unless you Really have to.

And don't expect it to be easy. They can get aggressive if the have to.

You should only use shampoo designed for cats, and don't get it on the cat's head.

Head to your local pet store and ask a rep for a recommendation on shampoo. Something made for pets. Stay away from people shampoos. (including some baby ones) They aren't PH balanced for an animals skin. They can be too drying.
You can go to a pet store, they will have many to choose from
Hibiscrub, or shampoo from the pet shop. As far as how.......I'd wear thick gloves and long sleeves!!
Get a shampoo that removes fleas and ticks.
first of all how are you planning to give a cat a bath second buy cat shampoo or light baby shampoo
