My doctor has always recommended this soap called Lowilla. Look it up on the internet. I have not purchased it in a long time, as it was one of those old time standards that really works, but has gone by the way side over the years. It is gentle, but clears the oil away, and is a simple preparation in bar form. Ask your everyday pharmacist, as it may be something that just doesn't get the press that it used to.
