I would just use water, and make sure it's not too hot.
Don't scrub, or do anything with your hands, just let the water clean it by itself.
Congratulations on the little one! ^_^Can i use the soap bath to clean that area after give birth or not?
Well yea...It just depends on if they give you stitches or not..If so..Sure, but jst be cautious...If not feel free to wash the way you've been washing =]
