What scents (I.E: incense/bath soaps) are good for therapy?

hi, i am depressed and need to smell certain scents for therapeutic purposes. what scents would you recommend for depression? whether it be incense or anything really..thanksWhat scents (I.E: incense/bath soaps) are good for therapy?
lavender, frankincense %26amp; myrrh, honeysuckle, musk, cherry, cinnamon, precious chandan, and vanilla incense are all good scents (anything cheery and sweet) you may disagree though. even look at www.indigowild.com and pick out your favorite scents of soaps candles and oil diffusers. What scents (I.E: incense/bath soaps) are good for therapy?
Well, resin incense - pure frankincense is cheap by the way - has a powerful and purifying effect. Cedar, sage, and sweetgrass have beautiful natural odors but are harder to come by. Pinon chips have a woody, natural aroma as well.

As far as soaps, they need not always be expensive. If you have a local Asian supermarket, I know there are usually small Chinese handsoaps, which are called ';Bee and Flower.'; Where I live, they cost less than 50 cents a piece. They feel natural and their scent is strong and refreshing.

I know a website that offers reasonably priced items that can be used for aromatherapy, e.g. incense, bath soap, etc.
