I was told that i shouldn't use soap to bath with, so what else can i use if not soap?

i was told by a friend that using soap kills all the good and bad bacteria .. which can create problems in the future .. itching, inflammation, thrush and the odd smell etc

So if we don't use soap, what the heck can you use??

surly you will smell like fish??I was told that i shouldn't use soap to bath with, so what else can i use if not soap?
You can buy aqueous cream from the pharmacy, large pots are very cheap. You can use it as a washing cream or afterwards just to soften the skinI was told that i shouldn't use soap to bath with, so what else can i use if not soap?
shower gels, scrubs, speicalised gels or soaps for that area. femfresh is one of the brands. soap is very harsh on sensetive areas. sometimes if u use too much soap on any area in a bath it can make your sensetive areas sting for about an hour after getting out. not nice.
You probably don't really need to use soap or anything for ';down there'; just a good wash with plain water is best. That way you don't run the risk of any infection. There are things on the market that women use, but they aren't necessary.
