If you haven't washed for a month - soap is no longer an option.

ok I get it you shower daily and bath once a month ,nothing like a little bit of pampering a nice milk bubble bath sounds good and some baby soap that is kind to the skin
i would recomend having a bath or shower every day and if you have to have a bath once a month and havent washed yourself for that month use a strong bleach
I must commend you for the way you are saving water. Good on you for doing so hehehehehe. But i suggest you use some Dettol in your bath you are certainly going to need it. :)))))
French scientist did suggest to take a bath once per month. This is good for your skin. Hence, you need skin care soap, e.g. Dettol.
Try some Brillo Pads They may help to get some of the dirt of. They work quite well on my oven and dirty pans.
Cillit Bang!!

But why bother if you've gone this far without a bath, people must be used to the smell by now
Dial Deodorant soap and a wire brush.
After a month forget soap use bleach instead.
swarfaega and a wire wool exfoliating pad.

You never used to keep yourself this clean.

Nice bit of Bubble Bath will do.
You mush be British. Pour a warm bath and pour a good amount of kero in. Get a box of lux soap stir it in and let it froth. Get in and masterbate. ONce you have finished get out, dry yourself off and pour the contents of the bath into tupperware containers and you have a lovely broth for the preperation of your family meals.
